When I was growing up white bread wasn't just common, it was about all you could get. We didn't have whole wheat, whole grains, organic this and that. White bread peanutbutter and jelly was a typical lunch and would probably be considered junk food today. Not that I would advocate it with so many better options but a huge difference is that we were active. Always running around, playing sports, gym, riding bicycles, etc. There's more than one aspect to health and focusing on how evil corporations are is just stupid.

As I said earlier, state of Alabama, NO1 obese state in this country did regulate the junk food companies, and now they stopped the scary trend in obesity. Soon they will most likely reverse it. And guess what, they are not any more communist than you junk food lovers are...

So regulating what our children eat OBVIOUSLY working, there are examples and proof right in front of us. It is possible to make the coming generations healthier.
