Any " mail in ballot " should go through us post office registered mail that requires identification that should match the ballot petitioner , as one cannot send registered mail without a valid form of identification .

If there is a concern with an ability of an individual to obtain an identification for voting , then make it available without cost with proof of indigence , rather than debilitating integrity of the voting system .
