I am an American/state national that got out from under the UCC jurisdiction of the city/state that is Washington, D.C...that is what I am. No, I do not claim to be a "sovereign" nor do I give the police or those that work for the federal "gubermint" a hard time. I simply understand and make use of the remedies by the choice of either contracting with them or notjust so long as there is no damaged party that can make/and/or prove a legitimate claim of damages against me.

Before anyone can understand what it is that I am trying to convey, they have to be cognizant of historical facts that have been kept hidden from most.
