I don't work with anyone who has expressed a desire for me to change the way I live to accommodate them. My impression is that the people of color that I work with only want the same things that the rest of us want: To be treated fairly and with respect, to have the opportunity to do meaningful work, and to go about their lives unmolested without being treated with suspicion by law enforcement and others merely because of their skin color.
