Article II, Section 4 affords the people the means by which to remove a president from office who conspired to win by means of election fraud, such as interference by Russia.

That's no different than anyone else is saying. If Hillary had won, they would have needed to impeach both Kaine and her since both would have won the same election for the same reason. That would make Paul Ryan President.
