Secondly, your article proves nothing. I didn't claim voter suppression caused 200,000 people not to vote in Wisconsin. Neither does my link. However, it's quite plausible (actually probable) that 45,000 people were prevented from voting, as my link stated. This was more than enough to prevent Clinton from winning the state.
