I can agree with some of what you said, but it's also easy to fall into the trap of going overboard with that. Here is the thing; put yourself in the shoes of the average black American. For most, they have a life full of uphill battles, much more so than the average white American. It doesn't mean they can't overcome, but it's not as easy getting there as it is for many whites, because many more of them start with a big disadvantage.

I can agree with some of what you said, but it's also easy to fall into the trap of going overboard with that. Here is the thing; put yourself in the shoes of the average black American. How do we fix this? Remember the Black population has a lower iq based on most of the sciences I've seen. Do we lower our standards just for them? I can see we're already doing that within many areas...So what else do we do?
