The more important walkaway is from Dem jurisdictions. That is seen primarily in either reduced pricing of high end housing or taking the money and run from fire/flood damage. that exodus is financed primarily from paid for properties and other high equity housing. The properties that do the most damage by going into default are bad for the state but the increase in premiums will hurt a whole lot more.

While the majority just want something for nothing. They're either part of a Union that's stealing the rest of us blind or are working for the goobermint and want more pay for less work, work for the worst educational establishment on the Planet, are confused about what sex they are.....

Then there's the smaller percentage of people who just simply can't compete in a Capitalist society. Under Capitalism the best succeed while the losers among us (dimocrap scum) fail.

Capitalism is a difficult system. socialism and failure are easy.

But one thing you can be sure of -- dimocrap scum NEVER, not ever do they ever, vote for what's good for the Country as a whole.
