By law, unions cannot force anyone to pay for political campaigns - so what are you talking about?

(Contrary to popular opinion, no worker in the U.S. can be forced to be a full dues-paying, card-carrying member of a union. But they can be compelled to pay so-called "agency fees" -- the portion of dues that goes expressly to bargaining and representation costs, as opposed to, say, political campaigns.

Whether or not Lynch pursues it, she's as guilty as Denver.

 
When these Union workers walk off the job and suddenly nobody on the job has any idea how to do it, that'll be real efficient. Especially when Union members start calling in safety violations,the newbies don't even know they're making.

What right did a working class family lose by WV becoming another Right to Work state??
What benefits did they win? What outcome is viable other than stripping away worker's rights?
Choice. Freedom....silly rights like that. A Right to Work.
C'mon! Bromides and bumper sticker thinking is no substitute for a wage one can live on and a workplace one can be reasonably assured one might return home safely from.
I'm not using bumper stickers, nor any canned talking points. It's a simple law. You're reading a lot of drama into something so simple. The worker is no longer forced to associate with an organization in order to gain employment.

The apocalyptic soothsaying associated with granting a worker that individual freedom is fascinating.

They don't want no one to fight for them, what part of that don't you get? Also don't try the 80 hour work week or sweat shops, Osha and labor laws are not going anywhere.
