That display is legal. The American flag is the highest.

But not valid because Mexico is not a military ally to the United States and never was. A Canadian flag should take its place.

like i said.....got a picture or a link....i live in a heavily Mexican area of the Country.....i dont see the Mexican Flag flying with the American Flag anywhere.....it was tried in the city of Bell....but the Citizens (many of whom were Mexicans) took it down....

They can fly it, but not above or on the same level of the American flag. That's a violation of federal law.
