This proves that we do have a drug smuggling problem. It is being brought in through all sorts of ways. Sometimes these drug cartels will let some of their products get seized by customs. In order to make customs focus more on certain areas.Like if they intercepts it at the seaports.. Customs will put a red alert to check all products carefully at the seaports But neglect the areas of the borders that is being unprotected. The cartels are playing a game of misdirection, because of the lack of security. It is like a game of football. When a team only has 3 players to defend the quarterback When customs looks low, the cartels bring it in high. But barriers will prevent that from happening.
The cartels uses all sorts of tricks. One trick is, that they have a naive truck driver. That the driver will know nothing at all. Have him to drive through the port of entering with a load of drugs. Customs will seize him and the load. During this process. They will rush all other vehicles to come in quickly, without being check, in fear of a shoot out. But they will have another truck couple of vehicles behind, with the real load of drugs. Someone told me that they are called rabbits. Having customs to chase after the first truck, while the real load comes in behind.
U.S. Customs and Border Patrol agents say they discovered 1,000 pounds of cocaine at the Savannah Seaport.
U.S. Customs intercepts $19 million in cocaine at Savannah Seaport
