Video, yes - but not of the actual incident. Hmmmmm . . . If you want to catch bad cops doing their thing, you pretty much have to have it on video. No video, it's the cops' word against the suspect's (victim's) word.

True, there were a number of witnesses, but (please don't accuse me of being a racist; I am not a racist - but these are simply the facts of this particular case), it looks as though the victim is black and all of the witnesses are black also. The witnesses could be accused of racial bias to blunt the force of the victim's case.

They showed a photo of one of the cops but not the other. The race of the cop whose photo they showed is not clear to me. Could be a light skinned black female or possibly Puerto Rican.

I'm sure the cops are dirty on this - but without a video, it's a tougher prove up than with a video.
