Trump's New York Hush-Money Case Will Start March 25. It's The First Criminal Trials.

If jury selection really starts on Monday, we’re going to get a small taste of how long this trial could take.

New York prosecutors are used to dealing with defendants who have very little money and our stuff with the public defender or some cheap lawyer. they are not used to a defendant, who is able to hire more lawyers than even they have, more researchers, more investigators, more paralegals to generate paperwork.

In other words, they will get a taste of what they are used to subjecting who are supposed to be innocent, proven guilty.

I predict a lot of rage and anger on the part of Democrats on this forum.

You have no concept of the wealth in NYC

Nope. New Yorkers can't wait to get their hooks into Trump.

Your boy is going down for this one.

I always like to stay current on the talking points the right-wing talking heads are spoon feeding you MAGAts daily so that when you try to post them here as your own original thoughts I know where they REALLY came from and how full of shit you all are.
Must be why you are so easy to fact check being full of merde.
I follow dozens of news sources from all over the world and from all over the political spectrum from ultra-left to ultra-right and pretty much everything in between.
You've made this failed claim many times over......

Which proves the FEC is kind of useless and always has been. Doesn't stop NY from taking action.
Kind of useless or there was no direct evidence of Trump 'knowingly and willfully' violating the rules.......and the Feds chose not to persue an indictment.
Trump's going to trial, and the judge isn't putting up with his nonsense.
Already gave Him a thirty day extension. Most likely to extend it even more due to the recently added new evidence from DOJ.

In a surprising move, the district attorney, Alvin L. Bragg, agreed last week to allow a short delay in the trial to give Mr. Trump’s lawyers time to review the records. The documents had been turned over by federal prosecutors who had previously investigated Michael Cohen, the former president’s longtime fixer who is expected to be a key witness in Mr. Bragg’s prosecution.

Mr. Trump’s lawyers had cast the documents as a potential game-changing development in the intensely litigated case, which had been set to go to trial on Monday. But in Thursday’s filing, Mr. Bragg’s office played down the documents’ import, though it said its review was continuing. :auiqs.jpg:

Um, nope. the only thing wrong with this case is that Trump has managed to delay it for years...
Bragg put it on the shelf when he came into office, then 'friends' at DOJ sent their boy...and viola!

The Manhattan district attorney, Alvin L. Bragg, is hiring a former senior Justice Department official with a history of taking on Donald J. Trump and his family business as the office seeks to ramp up its investigation into the former president.

The official, Matthew Colangelo, who before he became a top official at the Justice Department led the New York attorney general’s civil inquiry into Mr. Trump, is likely to become one of the leaders of the district attorney’s criminal inquiry into the former president.

When is the Biden crime family going on trial for influence peddling?

Never, because we live in a Banana Republic where only the opponents of the corrupt Leftest regime are punished?

They never will. Biden will pardon them if it looks like it's going to trial.

If Trump wasn't ashamed of what he was doing, he wouldn't have gone through Cohen and Pecker to hide the payment.

His own DOJ gave him a pass on that. (Because you can't indict a sitting president).

NY will take him down. The first of many.

Your fantasizing, buddy.

The facts of the case are pretty clear. He paid Daniels under the table, and lied about it on business records.

If he does go down on this, it's not for paying Stormy Daniels. It will be for trying to cover up Cohen's crime of paying her off.

Yet the new AG must not think it is a provable case or Garland would have reopened the case.

He he he....I love it when people make predictions..............they can have a boomerang effect, biting one in the ass.

Your facts haven't yet seen the light of day in a court room.
