The current Republican primary campaign is an absurdity. Unless Trump is taken out by legal matters or voluntarily withdraws, HE IS THE CANDIDATE. Everyone know this, especially those remaining four worthies who continue to campaign.

They need to openly acknowledge that they are running as "Plan B." Their efforts are only to decide who the nominee will be if Trump is taken out.

By that standard, DeSantis is the only real choice. The People in Florida know it, everyone else knows it. They just have to say it out loud.
