Career criminal, Jordan Neely, was threatening passengers with insane threats of violence so Penny did the right thing and stopped the threat. Oh trust me, it matters a great deal if the prosecutors are allowed to enter his social media comments at his trial. If he has made some racist comments, and the jury is allowed to read or hear those comments, it could change everything.
