Good news folks. So far, GiveSendGo has raised $1.725 Million Dollars for Daniel Penny. He's the ex-Marine hero who stopped a threat on a New York subway. Career criminal, Jordan Neely, was threatening passengers with insane threats of violence so Penny did the right thing and stopped the threat. Please pray for this innocent man and consider donating to his cause.

Apparently, Ron DeSantis is also coming to Penny's defense which says a lot for DeSantis' character.

The problem this guy is going to have, is finding a jury of people who are not BLM'ers and or sympathizers of BLM. These people will automatically see 'white-man-kill-black-man', and will not be able to move past that, and will want him thrown in prison no matter what the actual truth is.

He did kill a black man.

True. BLM and New York have completely lost (if they ever had it) their sense of justice. It's all about political correctness and the leftist narrative.

Another thing that could absolutely sink this guy, is his social media history. If he has any posts out there across the internet where he has expressed any conservative views, or any negative comments regarding black people, or he's Trump supporter, he's going to be in a lot of trouble. We'll just have to wait and see.

That changes nothing. The people who would be upset by any such posts have already charged the dude.

Oh trust me, it matters a great deal if the prosecutors are allowed to enter his social media comments at his trial. If he has made some racist comments, and the jury is allowed to read or hear those comments, it could change everything.

Fortunately, he had other blacks helping him subdue the lunatic. That could help him in court (if they choose to testify honestly).
