It's good to have donated.

Jordan Neely was alive when first responders arrived. He was alive when he arrived at the hospital.

Daniel Penny will be part of the turning of the tide.

Thanks for posting this Missourian.

Much is resting upon the coroner's cause of death determination. If it's strangulation, that won't play well for Penny. He will then be convicted of 2nd degree manslaughter. Sentenced to five years, he'll parole out after 15 months.

And his lawyers will come out of it even richer than before thanks to all these people

It's not your money.

Unless you donated.

Did you?

If not, STFU.

I don't have to wait for the coroner.

He was definately alive and breathing when Penny performed first aid and helped place Neely in the recovery position.

Strangely...the Legacy Media isn't showing this part of the video...

That is a little painful to watch. He seems dead, when they're lifting his legs and arms to get a response. You see him take a deep breath at the very end. His very end.

Glad to see people orating for the legal defense of this gentleman. Any truly responsible court would throw this case out immediately, but that won’t be the case. Instead this veteran will have to fight for his life and livelihood for doing precisely what any decent citizen should have.

Here’s hoping he ends up filing a malicious prosecution lawsuit against the city when this is all over.

You've never seen a recently deceased person have you.

No resistance.

You lift a leg like that, it's dead weight.

Drop it, it's like dropping a sack of potatoes.

That guy is 100% alive and breathing.
