Third Party thoughts

Much has been made of the idea of a third American Political Party. What with the political campaign of 2016, a mess of unrivaled magnitude, perhaps it is time for a body of thinking to emerge. My intent is to foster positive thinking, along those lines. With gratitude to Hillay Clinton, I have even been moved to think of a title for said party.
“You know, to just be grossly generalistic, you could put half of Trump’s supporters into what I call the basket of deplorables. Right?” Clinton said. “The racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamaphobic—you name it. And unfortunately there are people like that. And he has lifted them up.

It is time, as the time is ripe, for the "AMERICAN DEPLORABLE PARTY" OR "ADP".
The ADP should be the party of Americans left behind. Those who pay taxes and are never considered.
Those who consider themselves Independant and trust to their own judgement and understanding.
Those who volunteer to help others who require assistance and need.
Those who have a love for the United States of America and still feel this Nation is a "shiny light on a hill".
Those who genuinely want to immigrate here and BE American.
Those who are born here and ARE American.
Those who are marginalized, be they straight, queer, lgbt, different, strange or whatever.

The above list is short for a reason, which is, when formed, the party will list it's values. And it will list those thoughts which it refuses to endorse. In a general sense the ADP will not serve anyone, regardless of race, creed or code for any reason who in way, shape or form would harm the United States, it's Constitution and it's Flag.

The way I see it, political parties should by law exist no more than 20 years. Give 'em a charter like a corporation--- after 20 years whether they've accomplished what they wanted or not --- out they go. Whoever's left can go start new parties... by then they're gonna be most likely fractured anyway.

If you don't do that, then you get old, entrenched political parties that no longer stand for anything except self-preservation. Like we have right now. Break 'em up like breaking up AT&T, sez I.

you know thats actually an interesting comparison, they focused on religion they were a radical protestant group, its just that most protestants were white, and most white protestants back then were also racist. But they didn't focus specifically on race, they focused catholic and chinese immigrants. So just like trump's cult there is no real direct talk of racism against blacks although it is certainly there amongst his followers (just mention BLM around one of them lol), but you never hear the well polished dogwhistles of welfare queens and urban thugs from Trump like we did with Romney. Instead his speech is directed toward immigrants except this time his catholic immigrants are from mexico and the oriental immigrants from the middle east rather than china.

I don't know about (no pun intended) being an influence on the War but they certainly stirred the shit, and started riots and assaulted immigrants and were constantly crowing about "100% Americanism" just as the Klan would 70-80 years later. That sounds like the same Nativism the OP is longing for. And it sounds a lot like Rump too.

I don't know if I would go to that extent with a description. Would the party embody a degree of Nationalism, absolutely as a nation which does not believe in and of it's very self, is a failure of itself. My position is that of the United States taking care of the United States and Egypt, Russia, and all the rest taking care of themselves. That does not imply we send them packing it simply means they do their own heavy lifting and we will help when and if needed. I am saddened when I see the needs of Bolivia being placed ahead of American cities, States and the Country, along with the population in general. The infrastructure is a mess and there is no money to repair, we are told. Why does the national debt continue to increase if that is the case? Why does the US Navy feel required to keep the oceans navigation lanes open for the world to use? Seems to me the other countries could build a couple of ships to help out staffed with local labor and forces to operate the ships. Why us? Other than being the most productive Nation on face of mother earth, what is it about us doing the heavy lifting? I do not see the American Nazi equation in those questions.

It was the biggest all give scheme on planet earth as far as America was concerned. And look where it has taken us.
