two days is not enough...A week would be better for that would give the government time to identify the father and determine his views. After all, right now women are aborting babies that could be raised by the father and that would make our society a better place. We must make the world a safer place for children who are wanted.

If it's overturned, it goes back to the states. If it goes back to the states, PP won't be able to open up abortion clinics in all the black neighborhoods in some states, cutting into their profits. Rather than deciding (or declining to hear) the case on its legal merits, the Court played political compromise by inventing a preposterous rationale that abortions were safer than child bearing during the first months of pregnancy. As the OP correctly pointed out, liberal judges then pounced on this charade to make even late term abortions a Constitutional right. The correct decision would have been to leave this non-Constitutional issue to the States. But since the liberal activists were so insistent on imposing their views on the nation as a whole, the may find that they have created the opposite result.

The Constitution guatantees the right to privacy. What is more private that the decision of whether to have a child.

Abortion was legal in the US when the Constitution was written. It wasn’t until women started advocating for the vote that men made abortion illegal.

Taking abortion away from women was punishment for asking for power. It still is.
