The big debate is just starting as the talking heads try to figure out how positive it really is with the shortage of skilled workers. 250K new jobs but it sounds like the labor shortage is getting bad.

That's good for the skilled workers............they pay more to get the skilled workers............

We are having trouble filling positions now...........with those with skills.........as jobs keep picking up we get more green helpers and more of a load on our backs..........good for the green ones if they are willing to learn............but too many these days don't want to learn.........they learn they make guarantee a future..........doesn't make sense.
