The big question that no one is asking.

It’s not arguably treason by any reasonable rational standard. In fact, I’ve been watching CNN and even those loons have said people calling for treason are being absurd.

What he said was incredibly naïve and a very amateur misstep in foreign policy.
I've actually been discing this with some friends (who happen to be lawyers, but not criminal lawyers) and they have decided amongst themselves that the case could be made that a defacto state of war exists between us and Russia due to their cyber attacks and that tRump's public exoneration if them in the face of his own intelligence agencies reports could construe aid and comfort to the enemy.
According to you guys trumps very election was aid and comfort to the enemy, which is anyone who doesn’t believe what you guys believe. The assertion you make is so farcical, on all, substantive measures trump has been harder on Russia than obama. Because trump said Putin’s loudly denied interfering in the election, that is treasonous? What is sick about people like you is that you actively search for something negative in anything the president does, especially overseas, to diminish his power. He did nothing to weaken America, but you all sure do

It was a weak Press Conference, that's the bottom line. They had a lengthy discussion and there are so many pressing issues from Iran to Syria, N Korea, even the pipeline which Trump publicly called out. I imagine for Trump the discussion of any Russian activities was an afterthought, he and everyone knows Putin will just deny it anyways, it could only serve to put the discussions off track and sour the meeting.

Wanting to build closer relations with traditional adversaries, well, that's been something he has said even on the campaign trail in an effort to avoid conflict. I don't know how he does it, but I do know, and I have said for years, China is the big threat. If Trump can build closer relations with Russia and harm the Chinese government in the process, I am all for it if done in a reasonable manner.

The real treason has been the sale of U.S industries and Middle Class to China and other global socialist governments as far as I can see. Righting horrible trade deals and imbalance has to be priority number one.
This is what I expected but NOT what we got. Trump did not simply avoid calling Russia out for relations, he used a meeting with a foreign leader on foreign soil to attack the integrity of our intelligence services while bitching about the political fiasco at home. Aside from the childish nature of his bitching, it was disgusting to do this in the setting that he was in. It does not project strength at all.

I think that’s a lot of what this is. I think he wants to continue to build a strong relationship with Russia, so he is reluctant to call them on the carpet on what they’ve done so as to not rock the boat
As expected for particularly sensitive issues. He went WAY beyond that though.

Do your libtard lawyer friends think cyber sex is real, too?
Actually they are both republicans but they think tRump is definitely a dumbass and possibly a traitor.

Hopefully someday we will be able to control who can call themselves Republicans.
Yeah yeah, we know all about your fascist leanings.

You think it's fascist for a private organization to control who are allowed to join?
