CBS News was the first to give projections, counting only 87,000 at the Lincoln Memorial. Their margin of error was 9,000, so they had just under 100,000 people show up at the maximum. But in predictable fashion, those at the 8/28 rally quickly protested those numbers.

The highest Glenn Beck rally attendance estimates from the media are between 300,000 and 400,000 thus far. In fact, even the New York Times credited the 8/28 gathering at around 300,000 people, while NBC News's Domenico Montanaro Tweeted that it might have been 325,000. If those sources have such high figures, that might say something.

Try 500,000-600,000. I was there. The main area alone holds aproximately 200,000 people and it was packed, as well as the overflow area (packed) the area underneath the trees (packed) and then alittle more room between people from the WW2 memorial and the Washington Monument, that isnt even in most pictures.

However, I would love to see what you guys manage to produce with this rally. Why you want to be associated with communists is beyond me. But let's see the photos. Let's see what the people at the rally say. (Crazy idea considering you guys still havent bothered to listen to what was said at the RHR).

Oh and the RHR wasnt a Tea Party event.

It was the lowest estimate By Far. At least 100,000 less than the next lowest.

Throw out the low and the high and you come in at ~ 300,000 attendies.
