1000% very stupid and liberal as always. Hospitals and clinics are affected 1000 ways by different trends in ACA Medicare Schip Tricare Medicare, etc . No accountant can pin point what ACA has done to hospital costs and what it will do in the future. Mostly, to this point, its lowered hospital costs by greatly expanding Medicaid thus costs to hospitals are lower and our taxes and premiums are higher to pay for it.

Obamacare is just another libturd soviet program to cripple the poor even further with entitlements and disincentivize the middle class and upper class from working.
