So you love socialism ?????

There are elements of "socialism" in America. Obviously. Always have been, always will be.

The question is the degree. Where we exist on the overall spectrum.

You're not "not socialist" one day, then "socialist" the next.

Conservatives are convincing people that "socialism" is good by attacking "socialist" elements that people like.

How in the world do they not see this?
.

Yes...we love the United States unique brand of socialism. We like collectively paying for infrastructure and safety (you know, like our police, firefighters and military). We would ALSO like to expand that unique brand of socialism to things like healthcare and education. We get the best "free" military in the world, why not the best "free" education and healthcare?

False premise. 1st you tell us how much we are already paying for education compared to everyone else, and since it is run by the teachers union which is basically SOCIALIST, explain why more SOCIALISM will improve it.

OK, ok Nat. If Socialism is sooo wonderful, then tell all of us which nation under a Socialist government has economically kicked our ass, and has lower prices for their goods than we do!

I am not speaking of services, I am speaking of goods. Why? Because the money saved on goods more than pays for the higher rate on services.

You have the floor Nat, we want your input to prove your theory! Show us all!

Well, I could write a long thesis in just addressing your question.....

First, I never stated that "socialism is sooo wonderful"...Most of us sane folks want to mitigate the often oppressive extortion of raw capitalism with a healthy dose of social and ethical incentives.....

Second, it is indeed true that our IPads and IPhones are cheaper than what a Dane or a Swede shells out for the same product.....So, despite the "heartache" of having to spend more for a Samsung product, that average Dane and Swede may have to contend with a longer life span, less morbidity with their health status and an overall "happiness" rating three times higher than the average Alabaman or Okie.

Oh, the tragedy of it all, don't you think?

False premise number 2!

Police! So tall us, all the countries in the world that do NOT have a police force? Are all these countries SOCIALIST?

No!

Conclusion............socialism has nothing to do with police, it rather is in SPITE of Socialism, because they are required.

Go ahead and write it, won't make a difference, lol. I have friends from Sweden. Guess what they just purchased for retirement, lol. A condominium in FLORIDA, hehehehehehe. Oh yes, they love it here; worried about Hurricanes though-) They just purchased a nice motorhome to see America during the summer. As they told me, they have NEVER seen shelves stocked with so much different stuff, and at such cheap prices. (they said that 4 years ago when I 1st met them, which made them want to retire here)

So you go ahead-)
