I did predict Trump was going to spend like a drunken sailor...

If I was Democrats I would be putting together a huge Solar & Wind grants package... Something that could allow farmers to be able to buy this equipment (Wind turbines and solar panels). So farmers(or sons) can train to be engineers of solar or wind and farm clean energy. The government backs any possible losses, so farmer won't loose his farm...

Then say they can do it if the win the Senate, they could put this type of investment directly in to Georgia rural community.. It would eventually be owned by farmers in the community with younger people working in installation and maintenance... Rural Places would get a huge boost...
