The Dreamers can't be deported until March at the earliest because of a Court order. That's why in a sense this is a manufactured crisis. He had previously agreed to Feinstein's "clean" DACA Bill until McCarthy straightened him out to what "clean" meant. Trump needs to be coached by the likes of Ann Coulter to stay true to his promises. Its ALL a negotiation until they sign the paperwork.

Jorge Garcia didn't fall under Dreamer rules so he wasn't included in DACA. He had been here to long for the DACA timeframe to apply.
