The last thing I need is to get on a plane with some tranny at the controls.Every single person ever hired for any job should be the best person for the job. The most ambitious, intelligent, responsible, and experienced should be the ones to be hired for anything.
It should always be the right person, NOT the right skin color or gender or sexuality.
And if the vast majority of the time if the best person is a white person or an Asian person then so be it. That's fair when you let the ones with highest potential rise to the top
Society shouldn't lower its standards to accommodate people who can't succeed on their own despite having a level playing field. We should raise our standards because we will find over time when standards are high eventually the majority of people will rise to meet those standards.
