If MGM Resorts International is a time share, be assured whoever answers the phone will be someone reaching for you wallet. As for having a disability, I believe anyone selling time shares is morally disabled.

Since no one that buys a time share is required to do so, none can be sold unless those that purchase them are willing to buy.
