Where did this woman come from? Anyone listening to her and wanting our President and all this administration kept safe, should understand she needs to go. She is inept and incompetent.

And this is not a left vs. right opinion, but an American opinion.

Rep Lynch, D from Massachusetts , called it disgraceful, beyond the pale. Said also she is trying to protect her reputation.

Lynch said he has low confidence in her leadership, now.

Anything about why they lied to us about the guy being unarmed and not making it past the front door?

A major security breakdown and the bureaucrats' natural reaction is to make up a story. Too bad there's no video to blame this go-round.

I turned it on about that time, have to go back and listen to it all.

They never investigated the shooting, even though agents smelled gun powder and drew their weapons. The higher ups (who?) decided it was probably a car backfiring.

Seems the park service and the agents discussed it.

He already was under state charges and he had been seen by the White House officers 3 times that day already and never reported it.

Also, she approved all press releases, so she approved those that were inaccurate. The one stating no weapon and that he was taken down in foyer.

She admits protocal was not followed and she doesn't know why.

One Rep asked a very pertinent question. Why are not security window break sensors installed?

Through subtle messages, it appears the President does not want agents entering the residence portion of the White House.
She wants to discuss in the private briefing.

Out of 16 fence breaches in 5 years, 6 have been this year.

I knew a guy who grew up in the D.C. area and he said when he walked home from school (early 60's) he would pass the Justice Department. Sometimes he and his friends would go in and walk down it's halls using it as a shortcut.
