Judges decide whether or not laws have been broken. Biden and his family have obviously broken many. Just because the average Joe can't cite chapter and verse from the federal code book which is something like 185,000 pages thick doesn't mean that people don't understand the basic concept of right and wrong. Sure all the information is available on Trump because it's been made that way.
It could be made the same way for Biden if they choose to do it. Additionally depending on what judges hear the case that is before them they may decide that a law has been broken or it hasn't been broken. Very often has to do with whether or not the judge likes the person who they're judging or they dislike that person. Ultimately the double standard cannot be hidden from the public.

It certainly would make a difference if they could cite the law then we could actually see if the facts of Biden’s behavior fits the law.
But we can’t because they won’t. Therefore they’re making accusations that can never be disproven in debate because they’re too vague to disprove.

I don't doubt that he may have just talked about virtually nothing, but the question is WHY would he do such a thing? What was the point? It is pretty obvious it was at the very least influence peddling and Joe was very well aware of it. As demented as Joe is, he still would be cogent enough to ask the question, "what is the purpose of this phone call?".
