Well what Limbaugh is speaking of is that where the market is forced to close one portal, another will open up somewhere else.

As it stands now, my family doctor recently sold his stake in a massive healthcare system he and some other docs founded some time back.

And he opened a Concierge Practice. This practice does not cater to clients who seek to pay for their medical services through the presentation of an insurance card; no medicare or medicaid... Clients pony up a minimum first tier retainer of $100,000... against which he provides services; requiring the retainer to be refreshed in increments of 20%.

Now that doesn't mean that clients can't have medical insurance; it just means that their insurance is irrelevant to his practice. One can submit his paid in advance invoices to the Insurance company for reimbursement... or not... either way, his products and services are already fully funded.

The consensus is that the Hussein HealthsCare bill will outlaw that type of system; and my doctor has told me that he fully expects that; if that should happen... the Caribbean will become the focus of premium western medical care. Where he already has a home; offices and a thriving practice; in conjunction with a massive luxury vacation destination.

You idiots aren't going to stop premium medical care; you're just going to push it out of your reach. Again... PROGRESSIVE POLICY RESULTING IN REGRESSION.

Nothing new here... Limbaugh will still be on the radio, no matter WHERE he lives... The man OWNS his OWN STATE OF THE ART Gulfstream 5... his radio network enjoys the means to broadcast from anywhere... and if he domiciles in Costa Rica, that puts him about 2 hours out from what will become his home away from home in Palm Beach.

And as soon as the US Government is returned to American control... and this socialist pap is checked and reversed... Doctors will pour back into the US and begin to pocket the profits which clients had to use to travel to the Caribbean for their premium healthcare needs.
