Earlier in the cycle, the Republicans were famously railing at the concept of a giant Entitlements welfare state. So earlier in the Cycle, others looked at the source of the complaint. Romney was essentially bashing his own, and now less likely, source of voter turnout. Old Sucks! Deeper than that. Old Sucks don't get a lot of the money. Doctors get a lot of the money! The already properous get a lot of the money. Obama-Biden capped that in the Health Care Reform. Rep. Ryan nearly accused of them of Grand Theft Larceny! The Budget Committee Chairman essentially called budgeting, a criminal act!
Contrary to "Entitlement Society" Rhetoric, Over Nine-Tenths of Entitlement Benefits Go to Elderly, Disabled, or Working Households — Center on Budget and Policy Priorities
Most of the "Entitlements Society" money goes to doctors--aka, medical care. The funnel are the Old Sucks, drawing down what was paid in. So excluding all the old, disabled, and destroyed: Then 9% of "Entitlements Society" goes to the unemployed--also drawing down what was paid in!
Rep. Ryan famously did call attention to what became of all the Obama Campaign posters, recycled now as ceiling decorations. In the alternative, the college-educated little surfers and skateboarders might be expected to do something innovative and creative on their own. Romney himself railed at them: To go out and bum from mom and dad, for a start-up loan!
Rep. Ryan seems to know what actually became of that money(?)! That advice may have already been taken to heart, and mind, and soul!
In Matthew 25:14-30, the "victim" concept is clearly shown. The servant with one talent cannot possibly be expected to do as well, as the people with the more money to put to the money changers. The Money-Changers had been around before. They even around now. The money-changers are more the Conservative Brand than are anyone. So the bottom tier become computing "victims."
Over in Matthew 20:1-16, the "good" householder turns the already prosperous into "victims." They get the same money as the relatively less prosperous, at work all day long. Obama-Biden-Pelosi-Reid provided that alternative in "The Make-Work-Pay Refundable Income Tax Credit," at about $400.00 regardless if anyone had worked all the year or not!
That is actually a pay methodology, not an entitlement.
The Republicans took that methodology away, as soon as they could, after the midterms. So victims they intended, and now they reap what they have sown!
"Crow, James Crow: Shaken, Not Stirred!"
(Many White Eyes come to Lands of Many Nations: Not knowing that "Seven Come Eleven" can also create a class of victims(?)!--like in the campaign of the Two Stupid Guys for President and Vice President, GOP!)
