Romney Is Milquetoast. Go With Rick Perry...

Yep, you convinced me. You've provided so much nonexistent evidence, how could I think otherwise!

Sorry, but you failed to demonstrate that Paul is as "crooked" as Perry. And if you're going to mention pork barrel spending, save it. There's a thousand problems wrong in this country and pork is NOT one of them.

.

Yeah there's nothing crooked about Paul, that's just a lie spat by neocons that they heard from one of their talking heads so they repeat it.

You are talking out of your ass. You dont have a clue.

I have a clue, I've heard this fun and games from neocons a hundred times over.

Paul votes against legislation that he has earmarks in, and his earmarks that he votes against if they're passed have exactly ZERO impact on the budget.

Try again.

Dr. Paul is the obvious choice but it just isn't gonna happen. So i have to move on and live in the real world. I'm not willing to allow the Socialists/Progressives to stay in power and destroy the nation even more. I have to go with the most viable Conservative Candidate available. It's another one of those 'hold your nose and Vote' situations. The Socialists/Progressives got to go. And if that means voting for Mitt Romney than so be it. But i prefer Rick Perry.

I have pot tried. you have not present anything proving that he has done anything positive for his district let alone his country. You are the type who got us Obama. I bet you are a straight ticket voter to.

Libo sadly the closer and closer we get to the election the more and more partisan you sound :(.

I was hoping you weren't one of those who talks like an independent between elections, then becomes a partisan during the campaigns.

Yeah right. You voted for all of that when you voted for Bush. Remember, he is the guy who got our debt snowball started.

Obama=Bush, I don't vote for neocons whether they have an R or a D next to their name.

Never voted straight ticket in my life.

All he can do is write legislation and hope it gets passed, he can't control whether the status quo fiscally liberal reps and dems vote for it.

Paul is as crooked as Perry. You should look at his district before you deem him a success.

Yep, you convinced me. You've provided so much nonexistent evidence, how could I think otherwise!

Has he ever taken an ear mark ? And if he is such a good fella, why do they only show the very limited pretty pictures of his district ?

Pictures of his district? How is that relevant.

Why wont he campaign on what he has done instead of what he will do ?

He mentions what he has done all the time. He proclaims that he voted against the Iraq War, voted against the Patriot Act, introduced a bill to audit the Fed, introduced legislation to legalize hemp, etc.

Plus, when you're campaigning for a future position, of course you're going to talk mostly about what you WILL do.

And pork ? I dont necessarily hold that against a politician, after all, isn't that why we send them to Washington ? It is an issue when the country is broke. The fact that you bring that up shows you are clueless about the man and what he stands for.

No it doesn't. I've studied his position for years and go to his rallies when he comes to my town.

I live in his district, you do not.

So. Does that mean you have daily chats with him everyday just because he represents your district? No. It means nothing. Ron Paul works in D.C., not your district.

A good chunk of his constituents dont even know who he is. Its the same with the rest of the country.

False. Gallop says Paul has nearly 80% name recognition.

I was speaking on those he lets lobby him

Don't care.

and who he takes money from.

Don't care.

As for his promises, remember hope and change ?

No I don't, but this is irrelevant. It's not his fault he doesn't have a position with enough power to actually change the system. Especially when he is the lone vote and all his colleagues vote opposite of him.

Sorry you feel that way. Obviously i want Dr. Paul to win the Nomination but i know that's not gonna happen. So i'm just playing the cards i'm being dealt. I'm not gonna help the Socialists/Progressives stay in power. They've done way too much damage to allow them to stay in power. But i do hear ya on Romney. He's certainly not my ideal Conservative but i'll do what i have to do to get the Socialists/Progressives out of there. Even Perry isn't my ideal Conservative but he'll have to do i guess. Gotta play the cards you're dealt in the end.

Don't you realize, one side isn't better than the other, they're both controlled by the same people. Romney is Council on Foreign Relations just like good ol' Dick Cheney and his buddy Barack Obama and Perry is Bilderberg just like his buddy Obama.

They're all friends and part of the same elite organizations.

There's no sense in abandoning support for Paul who definitely needs it and turning your back on him by voting for the offspring of Satan (who doesn't exist). There is no lesser of two-evils, they're either evil or they're not. For Liberty or not. Simple as that.

I will say this, I have an EXTREME bias against Paul, because I live in his district. I will post a link to his voting record, as well as Ted Poe and the readers can compare and chose. Paul is a super lib and nothing more. You should see how much of his district is on food stamps.

Ron Paul voting record- Project Vote Smart - Representative Ronald E. 'Ron' Paul - Voting Record

Ted Poe- Project Vote Smart - Representative Ted Poe - Voting Record

And this on Dick Perry- Project Vote Smart - Governor Rick Perry - Issue Positions (Political Courage Test)

Governor Rick Perry refused to tell citizens where he/she stands on any of the issues addressed in the 2010 Political Courage Test, despite repeated requests from Vote Smart, national media, and prominent political leaders.

This candidate has demonstrated 0% courage during the test.

*Note: This percentage is calculated based on the number of issue areas addressed by the candidate on the Political Courage Test at the conclusion of the testing period. It does not indicate support or lack of support by Project Vote Smart.
Project Vote Smart does not permit the use of its name or programs in any campaign activity, including advertising, debates, and speeches.

You can only see what he vetoed. If it were Paul and Perry I dont know what I would, but if Poe were in there I would vote for him. As it is Herman Cain will get my vote. Allen West if he were to run. I WILL SAY HATS OFF TO PAUL FOR DOING THE POLITICAL COURAGE TEST, but only grudgingly.

Oh i'll always support Dr. Paul. But at some point you have to accept reality. Dr. Paul will not be the Republican Nominee. That's just they way it is. So now i have to work towards getting the most viable Conservative Candidate i can find the Nomination. I'm not willing to just sit back and allow the Socialists/Progressives to stay in power. I gotta do what i gotta do.

That's the attitude of a complacent slave who repeatedly votes for global fascist dictatorship and his own enslavement.

It's so early in the game, that all the candidates have a shot. Might I remind you that Ron Paul is winning all the straw polls of MAJOR Republican conventions and he's also second in the gallop polls. You underestimate his chances.

Hey i'm with you but i also have to accept reality. The Republican Party is not ready for a real Conservative like Ron Paul. They're still stuck in their Neocon Limbo. They want to have it both ways. They want to try and please the Left while at the same time pretending to be Conservative. It's what the Neocons are all about. I would love to see Dr. Paul win the Nomination but i know it's not gonna happen. I have to vote for the most Conservative Candidate available. I admit my choices aren't great but i'll go with the most Conservative-Leaning Candidate available. I guess we'll see who that will be. I like Perry a bit. He has the fire. Romney & Pawlenty just don't do it for me. But i am with Dr. Paul for sure.

Wise move. You have no facts to back up your Paul rhetoric. Thank God the rest of the country aint bought it.

You don't know that. Ron Paul has more support and much higher grounds than Clinton did at this point in the race and look what happened.

So now i have to work towards getting the most viable Conservative Candidate i can find the Nomination. I'm not willing to just sit back and allow the Socialists/Progressives to stay in power. I gotta do what i gotta do.

Your one tiny vote for Perry is not going to help get Obama out of office. However, you're support for and involvement in the Ron Paul movement will definitely have an impact on getting Paul the nomination.

And again, I have to repeat. Perry is a Bilderberg member just like Obama. Romney is a CFR member just like Obama.

Please tell me how Perry or Romney differ from Obama in a significant way?

They all support the Patriot Act. It makes no difference at all if Romney or Perry beats Obama because they're all the same. Did it matter when Obama replaced Bush? NO.

I object to none because you have none. I was wrong, he did not take the political courage test. He has no stance other then No and No Vote. Look at his record.
