NYC is a sanctuary city and every business there loves sub-minimum wage labor.

And yet Amazon is building a Distribution and Management Branch there with an average of over 100K per worker. They don't pay minimum wage for any worker. Amazon will be adding over 50,000 jobs for for the locals. NYC, in the 90s was as you display it but it's not anymore.
