Republican Candidate Exposed As Liar In Voter Fraud Case

One problem. No charges were ever filed and no convictions. The so called Email and Fax was telling people to give the investigators only their names and the number to the lawyer representing them. No Fraud was found. But the Republicans ran it for all it was worth for political reasons and, once again, lied out their asses.

Oh, here's another one: We could go tit for tat on these two worthless parties for decades

Democrat Christina Ayala Did Commit 19 Counts Of Voter Fraud, But It’s Not New, And It’s Not Common

Except it was one or two,not 19. Most of those 19 were clerical errors. The heading is misleading. The article goes on to explain this. And it goes on to explain that Voter Fraud, while not unheard of, does not affect elections in any way.

Uh huh....

The real question is why is the information released on unreturned absentee ballots in the first place? Seems to me the State is enabling this kind of fraud.

.
That information is vital to get out the vote campaigns and campaign outreach.

Bullshit, what happened to a secret ballot? No one needs to know who requested an absentee ballot or who actually voted those ballots.

.

The ballot is still secret. That you voted and what party you choose in a primary is all public information.

Still no need for disseminating who requested absentee ballots or who actually voted them before the election is concluded.

It underscores just how silly it is that we don’t have a national picture voting ID card. If the jr college I attended decades ago could crack the technology of ID cards, surely we can for something as regular as bi-yearly elections.
Actually not.

The nature of the fraud had nothing to do with the use of false identity.

The issue concerned absentee/mail in ballots, where picture IDs wouldn’t have prevented the fraudulent acts by the Republican operative who collected those ballots in violation of the law.

Voter fraud by identity theft or false identity is exceedingly rare to indeed be virtually non-existent.

Consequently, the notion of voter ID cards, or the requirement of picture IDs to vote in general, is unwarranted and devoid of merit; it represents an unjustified and unnecessary burden on the right to vote.

Mark Harris is an evangelical minister.

What a fuckwit. He lied under oath.

Here's the fraud weeping crocodile tears as his son exposes him for what he really is:

Can republicans ever win without cheating?

That’s what Republicans look like when they cry. He’s not crying because he’s guilty, he’s crying because he got caught. And it’s not voter fraud, it’s election fraud.

No. That’s their problem. That’s why they need to cheat. They are white party and this is not a white country.

The feds don't run elections, States do. Don't like it, see article 5.

.

It underscores the ignorance of our approach and the idiocy of most liberals who don’t want a picture ID for voting. Having a nationwide voter ID card will solve a great many problems just like a nationwide SSN has, a nationwide currency has, uniform laws have, etc...

Opposition to such mandates is just dumb
No, opposition to such a law is predicated on the fact that voter fraud by identity is a non-issue, nothing but a baseless contrivance of Republicans and conservatives when they refuse to accept the outcome of a fair and honest election they’ve lost.

Liberals understand the truth and the facts: that voter ID laws are an unwarranted burden to the right to vote; liberals' opposition to such laws is consistent with liberals having always defended the right to vote against government encroachment and overreach by Republicans, such as mandating voter ID cards.

So the crazy angry left finally caught a republican. What do you know. Wasn't it Al Gore who said "there is no controlling legal authority" when he was caught breaking the election law?

The ONLY people getting caught committing large scale voter fraud, or using voter suppression tactics are Republicans. Democrats have no problem winning fair elections. They've gotten millions more votes in every single election for the past 10 years, but due to the electoral college, gerrymandering, and voter suppression, have managed to cling to power and nearly destroy the American economy in the process.

The funny thing is that Republicans think they lose elections because of ‘cheating’ – when of course nothing could be further from the truth.

It’s an article of religious faith among Republicans that they lose elections because of the myth of ‘voter fraud.’

Bad precedent.

We can make the voting process much more sterile than it is now. We just choose not to. Nobody has ever satisfactorily explained why it’s a bad idea to require a picture ID to cast a ballot.

As long as it is free of charge, I see no problem with requiring it when u cast a ballot.

As for fraud, it’s a fool’s argument that no election could be swayed. A) how do you know for sure? B) if it hasn’t happened yet doesn’t mean it won’t. C) even if it isn’t election-deciding, it obscured the results in terms of the counting of votes & public opinion and D) it runs counter to the fundamental truth that if something can be made better or easier...why not do it?

Better? Yes. Accuracy is better. Is there any argument about that? Hope not. Better also in terms of what it will allow. There can be a great transformation of allowing more people to vote via this system. Say you’re a trucker or a member of the Army of a woman hiking the Natchez Trace or you are on vacation in Yosemite from your home in Atlanta... Election Day is here, you go to the closest polling place, walk right up to the voting machine, swipe your universal card, the computer searches for the ballot tied to your address and it pops up on the screen. You cast your ballot and get on with your life.

Easier? Yes. It eliminates that you have to go to the polling place by your house which may have a line out the door; especially where there are issues that cause those delays? You drive up and see a line? Just drive a little further and vote there. Also, if you are unsure where to vote because your normal place was changed, this solves that problem as well.

You guys need to know the difference between voter fraud and election fraud.

Voter fraud is when one person votes more than once, or when one person votes when they aren't supposed to. That is the thing the GOP constantly accuses the Dems of doing.

ELECTION FRAUD, is when a person tries to change the outcome of the election by stuffing the ballot box with multiple votes. And, what this woman did was election fraud. She collected the ballots, and if there were votes that weren't marked on the ballot, she voted all the blanks for Republicans. Election fraud is what Republicans actually DO.

Actually, there is and I already told you what it was. Imagine you are a candidate running for local office. You send out a mailer at E-30. You want to send another at E-15 but early voting has already begun. You save at least $1.25 per voter by eliminating those that have already voted.

Thanks for the interesting article:
It is exceedingly unlikely that her extra votes had any impact whatsoever.

Conversely, according to a report from the Brennan Center for Justice, up to 11 percent of voters could be rendered unable to vote by voter ID laws. A restriction that, unlike one or two extra votes, could have a significant impact on elections, and one that demonstrably impacts poor people and minorities very disproportionately.

..........
Yeah thanks for your article, it really showed us how Republicans are screwing over minorities and poor people. Appreciate the help.

Probably not, but that wasn't the point. Rs and Ds continue their vote mining. Neither side has a monopoly on the fraud.

A campaign worker for Republican Mark Harris committed serious voter fraud in North Carolina.

The campaign worker had a known history of committing mass absentee ballot fraud, but Harris hired him anyway.

Harris has been claiming he had no idea the campaign worker was a crook. But now emails have surfaced that he was well aware of the crook's activities. And Harris's own son just testified that he warned his father not to hire the crook.

So Harris deliberately and knowingly hired a guy he knew cheated to win elections. And Harris hired the crook to work on absentee ballots. The very field of expertise for which he was known to cheat in!

Busted!

https://www.washingtonpost.com/poli...?utm_term=.e607cb16a0ec&wpisrc=nl_most&wpmm=1

The younger Harris, who is 29, said he offered the advice to his father as he considered whether to hire Dowless to run his absentee-ballot program in the 2018 congressional race. He conveyed similar concerns to the campaign’s chief strategist, Andy Yates, he said. Mark Harris hired Dowless despite his son’s concerns, which he said he expressed starting in the spring of 2017.

<snip>

Dowless, 63, a Bladen County native who declined to testify this week to avoid self-incrimination, is accused of doing just that in the 2018 cycle — hiring a team of workers to illegally collect, sign, forge and turn in ballots.

<snip>

Both Yates and Harris have denied knowledge of those alleged tactics. But in another email from 2016 displayed during testimony Wednesday, the two Harrises discussed the anomalies that year — as well as the irony that Dowless had submitted a complaint to state elections officials that Democrats had employed similar tactics in Bladen County.

“Guess he didn’t like the Dems cutting into his business!” the elder Harris wrote.
This likely helps him among the GOP base should he choose to try a House, Senate, or Governor's race.

Several Republicans have been caught committing voter fraud. It's just that your propagandists deliberately keep you in the dark about it, rube. They know you won't find out for yourself. They count on that.

No, both parties commit voter fraud. This isnt some new revelation. Neither is someone lying.
So, show us an equivalent case with a Democrat.
