Repubs are all out throwing tea in the water today as if then America will give them another chance.

SORRY, but America doesn't trust you any more!

The worst thing that the Gov could do right now is not spend any money.

The Republican policy of not rescuing banks and not stimulating the economy with deficit spending is what let our economy fall into the great depression.

Republicans 'solution' of not doing anything is a recipe for disaster.

You sure spend a lot of time trying to bury the GoP.

If they were are worthless as you claim, you wouldn't be so affraid of them.

(and DO NOT try to claim I am a GoPer, I loathe those douchebags)

Since the ascention of the Repubs under Reagan in the Eighties America has gone from being the greatest creditor nation in the world to being the wolrd's biggest debter. We have gone from being the greatest producer of finished goods to being the world's leading importer of finished goods. Wage earners (the vast majority of Americans) have lost buying power while the those at the top have reaped huge increases in earnings.

Yes, I'd like to bury the Repubs who are responsible for these changes.

so you would prefer we were more like china....producing crap at slave wages and selling it around the world......and of course running a surplus and holding economic sway over the world......

or would you prefer something more like one of the oil monarchies......

What planet are you from? Every Bush Budget was a deficit. Every deficit was understated by having the war costs left out. Before Bush left office, his administration made available 750 billion to save the banks.

The government spends so much money it's enough to make one sick. The recovery funds are not all spent to help recovery. Most of the dollars don't get spent until after 2010. It's a sham and a play on the crisis of the moment to achieve an agenda unrelated to the crisis.

Obama saves capitalism by installing Socialism. Bush attacks the Afghan Taliban by invading Iraq. Partisans on both sides willingly accept the party line and ignor the obvious lies from each and both.

Our people blithly accept the lies offered by the leaders. Are we to believe what we hear or what we see?

Not to put too fine a point on this, but the market selects value in products. The value of products made off our shores has proven to be superior to that which we can produce. Toyota and Honda started out as low priced, inferior quality autos then became higher quality, lower priced autos than the "Big 3" could produce.

How are the Republicans responsible for Toyota and Honda making superior vehicles?

The same is true of televisons, telephones, electronics of every description, solar panels, you name it. We are losing, not because of some secret plan by some powerful grooup, but because we are being beat. The best way to make a comeback is to accept that we are doing it wrong. Maybe, just maybe, we need to look at the other guys and see how they are beting us and see if we can play the same game.

Nobody did this to us. We di it, and are doing it, to ouselves.

COME ON, YOU ARE NOT EVEN CLEVER, LET ME HELP YOU, THAN THANK ME.

1/2 cup Repubs are all out throwing tea
3/4 cup water today
2 tb chance
1 tp SORRY
1/2 tp trust
10 lbs money
12 banks

throw water and chance into economy, add money, use Gov to mix well, spend and add trust slowly. Throw Repubs and tea in, caution a deficit of any ingredient will cause to fall. Make depression and add banks and trust. Bake 4 years than remove from trust, sorry.

Bush's deficits werre a result of increased spending and undisiciplined tax cuts for the wealthy. But as opposed to the economic conditions which Bush inherited President Obama inherited an economic meltdown. As businesses and individuals stop spending it is up to the Gov. to spend or risk the economy grinding to a halt.

Whine all you want about Obama's spending but the fact is we must deficit spend now or we will create the second great depression.

I'm a general contractor and the only reason I have time to blab online is because there is absoultely no work. I haven't worked in more than three weeks, and I don't have any prospects for the near future.

Republican policies of cutting spending right now would be the same ones tried under Herbert Hoover which led to the Depression.

Right now, nothing could be more foolish.

Most Americans are running out of trust for both parties and that is going to intensify.

Actually if you look at the polls, most Americans trust Obama and the Dems. Fewer voters identify as Repubs now than at anytime in more than 25 years.

Dems must perform to keep trust must Repubs must reform to gain any trust from Americans.

The narritive he's been told to repeat is it was a GoP event, the alternative one is 'they are far right extremists.'

What a joy it will be when the dems lose and that cluesss moron whines with his thumb stuck up his ass how the dems didn't lose again, it will be 'stolen.'

If the 'tea parties' had nothing to do with the GOP, why were there only Repubs at the tea parties?

No Dems showed up to give support to this phony grass roots movement. This was all a creation of GOP operatives.

In a couple of days when everyone has forgotten about this, Repubs are going to be right back where they were, stuck with their record of failure and their policy of saying NO!

Your insults aside, the only people opposing President Obama right now are Repubs and people even farther to the radical right than Repubs.

By the way, what have you on the extreme right got to offer other than to say NO!
