We don't need their oil and if BHO had not stopping the drilling we would have been a lot closer to energy independence. That's interesting. I was watching an interview with some pro-Gaddafi supporters earlier (usual stuff - if you want our oil you will have to take our blood first) and was thinking to myself "Jeez, why do they always assume it's about oil", and here I find a post bringing up the issue of not needing their oil (the implication being that it is about oil after all).

Kuwait is still free of Iraq I think. It's the nation building (Occupations) that bogg us down. We get very little oil from libya. They don't even make it to the top 15.
