PENN STATE SEX SCANDAL
The biggest problem I have with the whole thing is not with Paterno or Sandusky but with the young man who caught Sandusky having anal sex with a 10 year old in the bath room and did not beat the crap out of him and then if anything was left of him, call the police. This man needs to be investigate if what he saw was true. ASAP

What would you do if you was ths happening?

Why do you think a young man had the obligation to beat the crap out of an ass't football coach when he observed him comitting a felony? The important issue is that Paterno and the young man in question and the Penn State dean and practically everyone connected with Penn State football program in the last 15 years had the (legal?) duty to notify the Police and apparently they failed to do so out of greed or a perverse sense of loyalty to the school. The whole damned crew should be indicted for withholding evidence.

Judging from the rioting going on in Paterno's support, the students don't mind rape of those young boys.

As long as teams are winning and going to Bowl Games and bringing in money to the school, the Faculty is gonna' look the other way.

Wanna' end all this bullshit in college sports? Boycot the rest of the season. Boycot all the Bowl Games through New Years and send a message. The only reason they do this shit is because dummies like us watch the games and for some reason, think that they actually matter in our lives.

Hit them where it hurts: In their wallets.

Sandusky Penn State Scandal Timeline: Abuse, Cover-Ups Began in 1994

gives an excellent time line of who did what and when

The 28year old retard SAW the boy being sodomized and told Peterno, his father that told police and nothing happened. Boy had an obligation to beat the crap of Sandusky. I would not have been able to restrain myself Did Paterno REALLY know or not and when.

I taught my kids to report to ME any thing that made them uncomfortable and they did.

Stop Penn State from picking and choosing who is morally guilty and who isn't. You can sign a petition to have McQueary fired immediately at petition online under Jdiaz107. Not only did McQueary see the innocent boy being raped by Sandusky - the innocent boy saw him. EPIC FAIL for that young life who must have felt so much despair in being hurt by a witness that should have saved him. EPIC FAIL!

In 1986, the Pennsylvania Legislature enacted Pennsylvania’s “Whistleblower Law,” declaring it unlawful for any employer to “discharge, threaten or otherwise discriminate or retaliate” against an employee in compensation or in terms or conditions of employment because the employee has made, or is about to make, a good faith report to the employer or to an “appropriate authority” about an instance of “wrongdoing or waste.” The Act, codified at 43 P.S. § 1421, et seq., also renders it unlawful for an employer to discriminate or retaliate against an employee because he or she has been requested by an appropriate authority to participate in an investigation, hearing or inquiry regarding the employer’s alleged wrongdoing or waste.

The Pennsylvania Whistleblower Law

I'm guessing nothing will happen to Mike McQueary given the above. I'm sorry but, IMO, McQueary should be fired as well. He was, I believe, 28 when he witnessed this and at that age, should know enough to stop the act and report it to police; not Paterno. If Mike McQueary is permitted to stay on the staff at Penn State, I will have lost total faith in the school and the criminal justice system.

Citadel comes out with abuse probe...

After Penn State, another college reveals abuse probe
Sat Nov 12,`11 (Reuters) – In the wake of the Penn State child sex abuse scandal, The Citadel military college in South Carolina, revealed on Saturday that it had investigated accusations against a camp counselor but took no action.
The man has since been jailed on separate charges of molesting five boys in Mount Pleasant, near Charleston, South Carolina. "We regret that we did not pursue this matter further," Citadel President Lt. General John Rosa and Board of Visitors Chair Doug Snyder said in a statement. The Citadel said it investigated four years ago accusations of inappropriate conduct with children by Louis Neal "Skip" ReVille, who was a counselor at the military school's camp. ReVille is a graduate of The Citadel, the college said, and worked as a counselor at the school's camp for three summers between 2001 and 2003.

In 2007, a former camper at The Citadel Summer Camp informed the school that five years earlier, when he was 14, ReVille invited him and another boy into his room where the three watched pornography on ReVille's computer and masturbated, college officials said. "Because of the seriousness of the accusation, The Citadel's general counsel conducted an investigation immediately, including traveling to the individual and his family and conducting an interview," the statement said.

"A thorough review of Mr. ReVille's records revealed no other complaints, and interviews indicated that he was highly regarded by those at camp. His file included a clean background check conducted by an outside organization. Unlike his admissions to current charges, Mr. ReVille strongly denied the accusation." After graduation from The Citadel, ReVille was a principal at Coastal Christian Preparatory School and had coached sports for years at several area schools and recreation centers, police said. He was arrested in October 28 on the child molestation charges.

The Citadel said it was commenting on the incident now because of media requests since the arrest. Jerry Sandusky, the former defensive coordinator for the Penn State Nittany Lions, was charged on November 5 with sexually abusing eight young boys over a period of nearly 15 years. That scandal has forced the resignation of some of Penn State's biggest names, including the school's president, its athletic director and its legendary football coach, Joe Paterno.

Paterno raped no one.
The police was notified and nothing happened. Parents did nothing. What is Joe's guilt?

INDECENT EXPOSURE BUT NOT MOLESTATION.

I have not heard one victim or parent say Sandusky actually had physically molested a child. Showering with a minor not your own is indecent exposure and far from molestation. Indecent exposure is a crime and he admitted that and should be held accountable. And parent should teach their children what is and what is not appropriate touching, etc in order to prevent this kind of thing from happening.
McQueary has flipped flopped his story so many time it is hard to know what he saw or what he heard. If he notified police and they did not find anything, then why is Joe being held accountable?
Parent of alleged victim number one don't have the nerve to show her face or say her son was molested?
Something smelly in the entire case. They are all victims but not saying victims of what?
Urinating in public is indecent exposure. Just happened to me by a drunk in the laundry mat and it splattered on my foot. I maced him and called the cops who took him to jail.

I have to wonder about the parents of these children. They have a responsibility to protect their chlidren by informing them of child molestors and he mode of action. No way in hell could my 10 year son would have allowed this to happen to him. Not even showering with anyone, much less an adult.
I would not even shower with the girls in PE when I was in high school and had to get a note from my mother to get out of it.

Universities are the new Catholic Churches!

As beyond horrible as it all is, read this to learn who else has committed these crimes involving children and adults in high places, and often kids charities:

Penn State, Second Mile Not The First To Be Embroiled In A Sex Abuse Scandal | Fox News

It's an attraction that is given a slap if anything. There needs to be strong action taken when children's rights to protection are being murdered!

Big universities pretty much determine the political climate in the area. Professors run for local office and serve in various political capacities and kids usually vote in their own liberal interests. In turn the local police and the prosecutors look the other way. It was true in Blacksburg where the worst school massacre in history occured. The monster who did the shooting was accused by several female students of stalking them and professors were afraid to be alone in a classroom with him for various reasons but the police did nothing. Everyone probably knew about Sandusky's hobby at Penn State but nobody wanted to talk about it.
