You are projecting. There is qualifying for Federal Money, and there is what you do with it. Food, clothing Shelter, Necessities and services, each stand or fall on their own merit. Many scams and schemes all over the spectrum, from Mortgages, to care and services. How much did the Voter Registration Scam cost to clean up in each State. How muck is refused to be Investigated with one hand, while, denying anything is going on with the other. Fraud, Incompetence, Abuse, it's one thing after another, when coming from your side of the aisle, mostly Bullshit, meant to distract and deter. When you determine the success of a Non-Profit, by how much funding it procures, while doing little or nothing to effect the circumstances of those it claims to help, it is a scam.

That's my point. ACORN is the antithesis of Meaning, Law and Order, Transparency, Accountability, Balance. In a Nutshell, it is an operative force that is Anti-Free Market, yet a parasite of it, that scatters like roaches when the light shines on it, only to reform, with a new mask and scam, wherever it can find a new host. Sort of like a splinter group mindset.

I actually don't give a rat's ass about wining or losing an argument with you, on the subject. I view the Ideology as a threat to Liberty. That is not going to change. Until you stop confusing Charity, which is a voluntary act, with redistribution, we are going to be at odds.

At least six people were arrested after hundreds of protesters streamed through the streets of Chinatown, SoHo, and eventually the West Village in a march that began with several violent arrests at Sarah Roosevelt Park and ended at Washington Square Park. For much of the march, the NYPD kept its distance as the demonstrators, many clad in black with their faces covered, overturned trash cans and newspaper boxes, and dragged NYPD barricades out into the street.
The police caught up with the protesters shortly before they crossed Houston heading north. One plainclothes officer stopped a protester from tampering with the undercarriage of a bus (pictured in fourth photo). Though these sort of "black bloc," extralegal tactics were used by the protesters, no projectiles were thrown and no other property was destroyed, at least not that we witnessed. As we noted earlier (scroll down), some protesters were seen knocking photographers cameras out of their hands, and in one instance shooting black paint at a lens.
