I don't expect our Justice System to catch every monster before they strike, but if I were a resident of Oklahoma, I'd have a few questions — namely, why it took six @#$%ing years to bring a rape inmate to trial with charges of solicitation of a minor, especially because they let him loose halfway through.

I don't care what party they belong to; this is cross-partisan. We're afforded the right to a speedy and public trial, which I think benefits not only the person charged but the potential other victims they hit along the way.

Next time, Oklahoma, keep a guy like this in jail. If there's no room, let some pot smoker out to free up their cell.
