True. The bill would make it illegal to withhold funding through '26 as I recall, setting the stage if Trump took office and stopped the spending as grounds for another impeachment.

Then they would say: "See! This is what you get with a man like Trump in office!"

Meanwhile much of the funding goes far beyond military aid to paying Ukrainian pensions and all kinds of things not war related, making Zelenskyy fat and rich as the USA doesn't even track where the money goes!
