No !

Gee, you would have thought Obama would have gotten buy in from the Iraqi PM before announcing any major initiatives. That's the way professionals do things. Then again, look at the clown car running this administration.

It's the perfect excuse to start airstrikes in Syria within the next two weeks.
They dont really need an excuse.
Of course I dont hear the Left screaming too much about Obama invading a sovereign country with no justification under international law and without UN sanction.

No one in our MSM is talking about the blowback that could occur if we bomb Syria to initially hit ISIS but mission creep results in Assad getting taken out.
Israel will end up in the crosshairs and the whole region goes up!
Isn't it "our" goal that Assad be taken out?

Yup. But he will not go into that good night quietly without first lobbing some missles into Israel, who will, of course retaliate. Then Iran will do more then raise its eyebrows.
I just find it unbelievable that this strong possibility is not being discussed by pundits in the MSM.
He will if we put a bomb in his bedroom window...

He may not have a choice. If Iraq's military can't fend off ISIS, they most certainly can't stop us from sending troops to go after them. Unless the premier is in league with them...

Anywho, ISIS is a bona fide threat to America. They are the most pervasive and powerful terrorist group in the the Middle East right now. And nothing will stop them from trying to hit America.

time to call the Coast Guard, ISIS will be swimming over any day now !!!

all Iraq needs is 48 hours of constant shock and awe bombing to wake them up to OUR needs, not theirs. Just because we wanted a democracy in Iraq, and elections to put leaders in place to make decisions doesn't mean we need to honor their decisions..

You do remember how the terrorists knocked down the WTC and killed 3000 people right? They don't need to swim over, genius. We need to wake Iraq up to the fact the ISIS will kill anyone who doesn't meet their standards.

All you need is a grip on reality!

It never works out in reality like it does in an 'Expendables' movie.......

This is evidently Oblama's fault...

Yet they were dancing in the streets when he killed bin Laden.

reality? you're funny.

Well, I couldn't help but remember what I learned in History class...

Spain and France helped a fledgling America fight the British in order to help it gain it's independence. Spain and France were powers in that day and age, oh but the world was apparently their playground.

But hey, let's abandon our allies, let's abandon Israel, and let's leave innocent people in the tender mercies of brutal dictators and tyrants. If we want aid from other countries, we must aid them. It's called reciprocity.

Do I look like a comedian to you?

So does this mean the ones who are already there will becoming home?

which ones are there now ?
We have special forces and CIA advisor's on the ground those are troops so are they staying or not?

no combat ready troops.
Special forces are not combat ready?

for protection, not assault combat missions .. maybe you could qualify your question or keep looking like a moron .. you decide.

So the special forces operators of seal team 6 who went on a combat mission to assault the Bin laden compound were not actually preforming an assault on a combat mission? Do yourself a favor and learn what special forces operators actually do before commenting about them.
