NASA may be based in the US, but the people that work there are from all over the world.
I worked at White Sands for two weeks more than 20 years ago. And even then, it was like the United Nations. And most of the whites people think are American are from Ireland, Sweden, France, Serbia, Germany and I met a Department head from Transylvania.

America just isn't spending enough on education yet has millions for propaganda. Education isn't bad for America. Even suggesting that it is stifles children's interest in education.
