With all due respect, Old Lady...American Presidents asking other nations to "do something" in order to get US aid has been happening since we started GIVING foreign aid! This notion that a President commits "bribery" when he's conducting foreign policy negotiations is ridiculous!

Kindly explain why when the Ukrainian President DIDN'T follow through on the "personal favor"...the military aid was granted to the Ukraine anyways? Quite obviously it WASN'T contingent on the "personal favor" being done!
