The Muslim community is also much more conservative - I doubt a gay couple would look to a Muslim baker for their cake. Did this person SUE them? Has anyone sued a Muslim baker?

A baker that serves the public, should serve the public - regardless of who the wedding participants are as long as they can pay for the service and the requested item is within their ability to make. I don't think they should be forced to make anything lewd or pornographic.

Aside from that - there has also been a rash of cases of couples supposedly getting married and deliberately seeking out vendors they KNOW will be hostile to same-sex arrangements. I think that is wrong - maybe not legally wrong, but ethically wrong. In the original case, the couple sought out a baker they had used many times before and had good arrangements with, so they had the expectation their service would similarly be welcomed not rebuffed. Some of these other cases smack of set ups.

They do. This subject was discussed at length several months ago. The same people who advocate for gay rights were doing so in regards to Islamic bakeries. The same people who always say that the owner should be able to make the decision said the same thing in regards to Islamic bakeries. All in all, despite the attempt by the OP to imply that there is some kind of double standard that is being applied, the reality is that pretty much EVERYONE reacted the same way, and didn't give a shit whether it was a Christian baker or a Muslim baker.

The only real difference was this third category of posters, who seemed to support suing the baker on the premise that it would undermine ISIS funding. I think the five of them shared one brain, so that they even turned the computer on was quite the accomplishment.

If it's a set up, I think it's wrong. As I said in the original case - they had dealt with this baker many times before and had a reasonable expectation that this time would be no different. But I think other cases have been deliberately seeking out someone who would refuse them - it's like baiting. If you want to get married, it should be a joyous and love filled affair - you do not want someone involved who does not support it.
