We need a federal conceal carry permit system for law abiding citizens to defend themselves against violent marxists.
California has legal provisions for concealed carry.
And leaves it completely discretionary and up to Sheriffs if and ever to grant such permits, meaning good luck getting one unless you're Dianne Feinstein:
