He has no way of knowing it didn't affect the company's stock price just because it went up. It may have gone up even more without the $250 million loss in sales.

How come pistols are not considered "assault weapons?" If the media doesn't demonize them, then they are kosher and legal? The same mechanical process is used to launch projectiles from a semi-auto handgun as is used in rifles.
