The insurance commissioners decide what the rules are. If you look the strong majority of them are democrat.

Perhaps you can present some actual information to support your claim.

That is factual information. In fact I challenge you to disprove any portion of it.

No. It is not factual and just claiming it is factual does not make it so. I have already posted the factual information showing the majority of insurance commissioners are either republican or appointed by republicans.

It is not my job to disprove your claims. It is your job to prove them. Using the excuse that I won't accept what you provide as evidence is nothing more than that... an excuse.
