Law school student interrogated by FBI, expelled over ‘It’s Okay to be White’ flyers

A student who posted “It’s Okay to be White” flyers outside of a building at the Oklahoma City University of Law was expelled and interrogated by the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force.
The Oklahoman reports:

OCU Police Director Bill Citty said the male student was already on suspension from the law school, 800 N Harvey, and was not allowed to be on school property. The student violated the terms of his suspension when he posted the flyers on the door and exterior of the law school building the night of Oct. 31, Citty said.
Jim Roth, the school’s dean, sent the perpetrator a letter informing him of his expulsion in mid November. The culprit, who remains anonymous, was serving a prior suspension for his Tinder profile, which stated a preference for a girl who “hasn’t been with a black guy.”

“You have violated the terms of your suspension, which prohibited you from entering campus grounds. The University is in possession of evidence clearly demonstrating that you entered University grounds on or about October 31, 2019,” Roth’s letter read. “Based on a preponderance of the evidence, pursuant to the terms of your suspension, and according to University policy, you are hereby expelled from Oklahoma City University School of Law, effective immediately.”

The letter reiterated the student’s ban from campus and threatened legal action if the student ever comes back.

Fliers and stickers reading “IT’S OKAY TO BE WHITE” have recently been plastered on school campuses and streets across the country.

The phrase has been posted as a part of a coordinated effort that originated in a 4chan chat room. On October 31, an anonymous user posted directions for others to “put on silly [H]alloween costume for anonymity” and post the signs on “campuses (and elsewhere).”

The post said that the signs will gain media attention and “normies” ― what white supremacists refer to white Americans as ― will realize journalists and leftists “hate white people,” leading them to “turn on them.” The anonymous user wrote that it would be a “massive victory for the right in the culture war” by killing media outlets’ credibility and producing more of “our guys.”

I don't see anything wrong if the personal taste of the student also considers with whom his potential girlfriend has been having sexual relations with.

I myself will think twice if the woman under my lenses have been having sex with drug addicts, with hundreds of men, and so forth.

He is not discriminating black people, he just doesn't want to have a his girlfriend a woman who used to be with black guys. It is his right. He is not violating any law saying so.

The discrimination law is about study, job opportunities, selling or buying goods in retail stores, giving more preferences in restaurants, and so forth The private taste of people in their lives, about with whom he wants to be friend, with whom he wants to relate outside the school or workplace, that is his right and no law can obligate him to become friendly with people he doesn't like.

There is a line to which the enforcement of avoiding discrimination must be respected, and in this case, if the sole reason for his removal started with his writing that he won't be with a girl who was sexually related with a black person, then the law violators are the members of that university.
