Donald Trump WAS a Presidential Candidate in the midst of an election. Again, Obama himself said that candidates lean forward and talk to foreign reps in advance of possibly winning all the time. He did it. Hillary did it.

(Donald Trump, despite what DL claims, also did not tell the Russians if they helped him beat Hillary he would lift sanctions - that is just a desperate snowflake lie.)

Kerry was / is a private, U.S. CITIZEN, not a current politician, not a representative of the United States, and - he even admits - he is NOT a Presidential candidate.

So, again, NO - this is NOTHING like Flynn - not Trump - meeting with Russian Reps.

Of course he did, just as Obama is and has been doing. In Canada, England, the EU. What is going to be done about it? Nothing. Obama met with Trudeau one on one, probably told him how to get the best of Trump on trade and to focus his efforts on mayors and individual politicians and try and isolated Trump, this is exactly what Canada has been doing. So much so, that Wilbur Ross called out Trudeau for using his speech at Davos to try and impact the NAFTA negotiations.

Obama and his administration changed the rules, and noone stopped him, everyone was complicit. So now globalist leaders are above the law in America, there will be no jail time for any U.S politician or anyone who helped them bend (break) the rules. Even post position, there are no consequences, no charges, no interviews, no media attacks, not even a stern speaking to. They will be free to do as they please, to undermine America for their own benefits, their own party, or their own socialist ideology. If all else fails, they have the Russian "collusion"

There is no comparison, because Donald Trump was President Elect, which means he was elected but hadn't taken office yet. It is perfectly reasonable for him to negotiate. What is John Kerry doing? why is he negotiating, he has no standing or affiliation with the US government.
