Obama has addressed the NAACP many times before and they seemed to understand that his Presidential duties made it impossible he address them this time. So he sent Biden instead and they took no offence.

When they saw how empty it was as the speech was starting, they rounded up more people to fill it up.

On an overall, the NAACP's 103rd Annual Convention has been a blast! Always nice to give people something to think about and to laugh about.

The Biden speech was just that!
